So You Want to be a School Principal? A Win-Win Interview Approach for Southeast Asian Educators

Presenter: Andy Vu, Project Coordinator, Fresno Unified School District

Andy Vu was born in Hanoi, Viet-Nam and received his secondary education in France and his college and University education in Italy, England and California. He has taught in England, Thailand, San Francisco and Fresno and has been both an elementary school principal and a high school principal. Since 1993 has been the Project Coordinator for the Office of State and Federal Programs for the Fresno Unified School District.

This workshop is specially designed for Southeast Asian Educators to provide them with a greater knowledge of major tools to enhance their ability to compete and become a principal in an American school: the screening process (resume/letter of intent/application, references and interview process, etc.).
